Terms and Conditions

• Exclusive Rates are applicable for this particular requirement only.
• Kindly, note that we don’t have an extra bed facility. However, we can provide an extra mattress on the floor. Extra mattress charges are INR 1500/- plus GST CP.
• Hotel c/out time is 10:00 a.m. and c/in time is 13:00 noon. Arrival before 10:00 am will be charged and booked from previous night onwards.
• While making a room booking, kindly state the category of room desired to be booked. Upgrade to a higher category room on rare occasions, will be subject to availability on prior written intimation to the booking source.
• All rates are exclusive of GST. (12% GST will be applicable under INR 7499/-) ( above INR 7499/- 18% GST will be applicable)
• The rate is not valid during any VIP movement or on special occasion or festival which will be informed 5 days prior.
• We don’t have driver accommodation in hotel
• All bookings are non refundable and no credit note will issue for future
• All advance deposited to hotel in non-refundable.
• Bank detail and attached for advance payment
• All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved address photo identity card (INDIAN Nationality) and Valid Passport and Visa / O.C.I /P.I.O for Foreign Nationals upon arrival. In absence of the valid id’s, hotel has the right to refuse booking at the time of check in.
• Vehicle Parking: Vehicle Parking is available only at owner's risk.
• Children aged 0-8 years: Free of charge
• Children aged 8 years and above: Priced same as extra adults
